Worst ever delivery platform. I have never experienced such shitty service from any other courier service provider. They don’t have any proper executive to communicate regarding our delivery updates, even tracking service is also very poor, highly disappointing
Even India Post doesn't have a worse service than this, it's a very bad service, I don't recommend sending parcels through it.

very poor management. My parcel reached warehouse on 6th but not delivered yet.not responding also.
Very bad courier service. Delivery of my package was scheduled on 11th than they reschedule it on 16th than they again rechedule it on 17th. Still waiting for my package. Even tried to connect to call center but they never call back and ignore the delivery delay issues
