My package supposed to be delivered on 19 October 2025 but even after aggressive follow ups and online ticket/ complaint i didn't received my package till 30 October 2025. After losing hope i finally opt for collecting the package by my self. I recommend not to use delhivery for any type of courier as their service is pathetic and behavior of the employees/ owners are disgusting. When i raiser my concern about medicines not received timely when i went to collect the package that moron bluntly replied don't use our service if you don't like. What kind of service is this. Never experienced Such rude behavior from other service providers. We are not here to waste our valuable time to follow up for delivery of such small packages. Shut your company if you are not able to honor the customer and deliver timely. Moreover their tracking was showing the package is out for delivery every single day till i collected myself. And that too they had to find from the warehouse. Shame.
Delhivery had to deliver my shoes on 19th, still not delivered shoes yet at there warehouse, thnx for spoiling my DIWALI, worst shipping company may be!!
Zero star for not delivering on time.. showing delivery attempt without any communication and now showing delayed.. not received parcel for more than 3 days. Every on login in to application showing delivery date of next day.. pathetic service
