I had a really bad experience with Tumble Dry. The clothes I sent for cleaning came back looking almost the same — spots and stains were still there, and some even looked like they hadn’t been washed properly at all. For a service that claims to offer premium laundry and dry cleaning, the quality was extremely poor. The clothes didn’t smell fresh, and the ironing was uneven. It honestly felt like I wasted my money. I tried reaching out to customer care, but they just gave standard responses and didn’t offer any proper solution or refund. Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend Tumble Dry to anyone expecting proper cleaning or professional service.
