It was overall a great experience with this agency. I transported my bike from KOL to BLR and it came as it is. There were no scratches or dents anywhere. The personnel at Dunlop office personally made sure the packing was really up to the mark and did 3 layer of packing. I’m not giving 5 star only because of the reason that there is no proper customer support. It had been more than 10 days i received the bike although it came to BLR in 4-5 days. I kept on pinging but there was no immediate reply/support that should have been there. Sometimes call was also not picked up. Due to this there was some communication gap which I didn’t expect. Overall i would recommend this agency for packing and moving stuff. It was a good experience me.
