I have done moving them last year also then their service was little good but this time they did terrible way. Most of things are broken and scratches there also they missed many products to move. Terrible service don't go for them just find others service provider. For example my almira has broken due to their poor service. Don't recommend them at all

Really trusted and excellent car delivery service at Kolkata! I handed over my new car to the VRL Team (Thakur Ji Team), and it took around 7 days to reach Bangalore. The vehicle arrived exactly as expected — no scratches, no issues at all. I truly appreciate the team for their excellent service and professionalism. Don't go by name. They are not original VRL & some FRAUD. I destroyed my interceptor 650 while I shifted from Kolkata to Bangalore. There were scratches, the handled got bend, they broke the visor & what not. Absolute FRAUD & SCAM here by the name VRL please.

I have availed their service twice. One from kolkata to Bangalore and then Bangalore to Kolkata, Very happy with their service. They provide pick up and drop service from home to destination as well in a very affordable price. The car was not damaged. They took photos of the car before pick up. You can compare the condition after you receive the car. Bangalore to Kolkata is bit expensive but I have compared with other movers. Theirs is the most economical among all. You can go for them

My bad, I should have read some more reviews and the sufferings of many of the customers rather than only believe in the fake star ratings on Google before I book VRL Packers and Movers from Kolkata to Bangalore. When I contacted for VRL for shipments, I selected them as they were quoting Rs. 1,000/ less than other credible packers and movers. To save that Rs. 1,000/- then, now I have to bear close to Rs. 10,000/- as damage repairing of my scooter. So, first of all my scooter was delivered 5 days after promised date and that too with multiple follow-ups. The guy who delivered the scooter at 6 am in the morning, called me up suddenly and told me that police had caught him and he has paid some good amount to the police. When I asked him why or requested him to hand the phone to police, he couldn’t. Neither he could provide any challan when he asked me to separately reimburse him for the fine, nor did he provide me the bill of fuel he again charged from me. I was generous to pay him all the money, but later realized it was all fake. Now coming back to the damage that my scooter went through. While taking custody of the scooter it was in a great condition with not even a scratch. When I got the delivery, (1) one mirror was broken and one was missing, (2) silencer cover was fully broken, (3) the front panel cover and the back side was broken on left side (means, I had to replace the full panels), (4) left side of the bottom was broken where you keep the legs while riding, (5) left side panel broken. When I took to the mechanic (both showroom and local mechanic), I got an estimate of around Rs. 9,000 – Rs. 10,000 for repair. That was the extent of the damage. Now, I called up VRL and Mr Thakur. Mr Thakur acknowledged the good condition that he received my scooter and asked me for the photographs. After sending the photographs to him and VRL and after many calls, he told me that he can’t do much but assured me that the company will reimburse me Rs.1,500/- as a gesture of help and himself told me that he is not scared of police or legal action, incase anybody wants to take it. I thought as it will atleast help me to get some money for repairing. I agreed as I had nothing to do. After that I called him many times every alternate day, he said that the management has agreed and the amount will be credited. Now since over last two weeks he has stopped receiving my calls and responding to my WhatsApp messages. That’s when I understood how much fraud the company is. So, guys beware to book from VRL Packers. In order to save few amount, you might have to spend much more and as I read the earlier reviews now, if you are not that lucky, you might not ever receive your goods back. Now what will happened let me tell you…. One hired guy will reply to this post with these following standard reply as per the company.. (1) Who are you? I don’t know you (My response – please refer your bill or I can send them too. (2) Don’t post fake reviews (My response – Photographs attached), (3) Take legal action against our company or contact our marketing team (Tried to contact Mr. Thakur and other. You guys didn’t take my calls since last two weeks or more, I have contacted via Whatsapp as well)..

You will be suffered if you book them . They doesn't care about your packages. I booked them for my movement from Kolkata to Pune . When I received the package, my bike was damaged and my empty gas cylinder was missing. I informed them and followed up with them but even after days, they don't provide me my cylinder nor compensate me as per market rate. They doesn't have any ethics, any care for their customer. I will lodge complain against them as well. It's my advice to you , not to book this one. You will suffer like me. I have attached the bill also. These people can say this is a fake review. Watch carefully.
