We booked Om Sai for a long-distance trip from Bhubaneswar to Pune, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The car was superb spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a long journey. The driver was equally impressive: polite, professional, and incredibly well-behaved. His positive attitude made the entire trip smooth and pleasant, and not once did we feel uncomfortable. A special mention to Santosh ji, the owner, who is the sweetest, most professional and well-mannered person we have come across in this line of service. He was available day and night, and every conversation with him was effortless and reassuring. We were also travelling with our Labrador (a big dog), and they had absolutely no objection. Our dog was comfortable and happy throughout the journey, which meant the world to us. Overall, the journey was delightful beyond expectations. We hadn’t experienced such high-quality service in a long time. Highly recommended!

Would have given 4.5 but that option doesn't exist - good travel operator for taxi service in and around Puri /Bhubaneswar We availed for airport transfers. While inspite of asking for petrol/diesel vehicle, they sent a CNG, by refusing to take that, they quickly pivoted to diesel car. Pricing was nominal. Drivers were fine, in one trip the only issue was driver was spitting from the car , opening the door

We hired a Dzire for Bhubaneswar to Puri and Chilika. The cab was neat, AC worked perfectly, and the driver guided us properly at every location. Very reliable and budget-friendly service.
