In this era, it’s disappointing to see corporations leaving places so unclean and poorly maintained — not just the washrooms but the overall surroundings as well. The restaurants inside the KSRTC stand, including Citapani, Alis, and the new juice shop, are all serving very poor-quality food. The people here truly deserve better. Most other parts of Kannur maintain higher standards compared to this place.

Ngl the place is safe for women at any time. I mean i didn't have any bad experience from there. Its really a good place. But they lacked chairs The pay toilet was clean too compared to other toilets in bus stands .

Running loss making KSRTC, by pumping in crores of rupees from the taxes earned, was never my concern. But all of my opinions got changed, when I realised that they are discreetly supporting the private bus owners to increase the tariffs. They launched Thalassery to Bengaluru at Rs1000 rupees, when the dependable private bus charges are at Rs 900.for that route. Thalassery to ernakulam in KSRTC will drain your pocket by Rs 700, while you can travel in a more comfortable private bus at Rs 600. Awaiting the relaunch of K Rail , so that the cheap train ticket charges can also get increased. Hallelujah .
