Citizen travels is good and well maintained travels service especially from kolhapur to indore route. Good well disciplined staff. Buses are well maintained. Buss are on time. Good customer service. Affordable price.
Extremely bad staff of bus, Once my mother was travelling alone. The conductor opened the curtains many times, to see if she is awake. At the end of the journey when my mom, came in front he told to stay with them and come to goa. Never book Your trips from Citizens.
