The worst of all, they never help and their helpline number is useless. They aaka us to call for any info or help and never recieve the call, it takes days to get things done around here.

I went to RTO office to transfer MH vehicle to KL. There was good cooperation from their side.

They never pick up the call, worst service you ever can imagine. They added the phone numbers all over the pages but never answered the phone, then what's the purpose of having it zero out of ten

Very bad behaviour is offerd by only MVI that why im giving one star but the officers outside is soo good and we can say all thing to them like our queries and all they will answer properly and guide.

Bad Experience, old staffs (women ) behaviour very bad, They have no idea about online systems, but don't understand asking staff who know what they don't know. They speak very badly to the people who go there. After giving a file, no reply as to when it will be approved, instead of getting angry., new and young staffs are very friendly and helpful.

There is no urinal or bathroom available. May be there inside and all but no one can see it from outside. Old buildings with old mentality staffs they are promotors of driving schools and other brockers. They don't care about others. But may be some people are good and helping minded but the people I met have no such mentality, but the relationship and talking style with driving school staffs are soft and ready to help. It is their duty to help each and everyone not only the driving school agents have the rights, normal people are the soul of nation and don't forget to help such people.
