My products are broken
Very delayed delivery. Irresponsible and Unprofessional approach by employees. They will not inform you when consignment arrives. Hence we have to track online and call them. When we call them .High fare when compared to krs or aps. I had faced this not only one time. Once they charged for 225kg . But the actual consignment was 187 kg only. I mailed vrl regarding this. But the management is not any better. Better stay away.
Pathetic Service.... Arrogant Staff... Look like they provide us free service
Worst service i ever faced from a logistic team.. No proper follow up and response to client. They are not willing to check a order evenafter 7 days delayed to deliever the product.
