Our Ooty trip was honestly great, and the cab service played a huge part in that. Our driver was super punctual, always waiting for us early, and his flexibility made it easy to change plans whenever we wanted to explore a bit more. He was so polite and professional throughout the hills. ​The real standout, though, was how they handled a tough situation. On our way back to Coimbatore, we had a minor accident that wasn't our driver’s fault at all. Even though the rear door was damaged and wouldn't work, they swapped the car immediately and made sure we got to our destination right on time. That kind of reliability is rare—I highly recommend them!
