We placed the items to deliver to HYD and at the time of placement they said with in 3 days but it's already crossed 5 days and no one responded on mentioned mobile number and no one called me like item reached such kind of messages. Irresponsible transport and Worst service

Received my cot with broken. Called and emailed customer service - no response at all. Looks like they take zero responsibility and liability for the transports. Does not recommend valuables unless you are lucky to receive without damage.

Service is okok. But they don't receive calls at all, Went to take my parcel, they said they didn't received yet, so asked me to call in the evening, So since evening to next day evening, I tried many times to know my parcel has came or not, they didn't lift the call at all. Actually I had to come from a far place.

I transferred rice bags using Navatha Transport from Village, but when I went to collect them, the bags were damaged and some rice bags are missing. The staff were completely irresponsible, saying "take it or leave it." I raised a complaint and requested a refund, but even after 7 months, there has been no response from Navatha management. This is highly unprofessional and shows zero accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid Navatha Transport. Worst and fake transport service. Don’t trust them with your goods.

Went with my friend for bed and other furniture delivery Careless handling One of the leg broken for the bed Noticed no authority assigned trained handler's.

Quick delivery by main stream logistics but these people are not at all caring about final delivery. Better to pick-up from the here itself. Goods maintenance is good as of now. Price for transportation is also nominal.

Had bad experience with them - handling is not at all good and zero customer support. Had my bike transported from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. They charged 1800 for transport and 500 for packing and labor charges and 100 for handover labour charges. Received my bike with broken gear foot rest pedal (aluminium part was broken not the foot rest) and unable to ride it. Called and emailed customer service - no response at all. Looks like they take zero responsibility and liability for the transports. Does not recommend for bikes transport unless you are lucky to receive your bike without damage.
