worst service....my parcel was already arrived from rajkot in same day the they told to wait me for 4 to 5 days and after 4 days i visited again to check if my parcel has arrived they told me to wait for another 3 days...after some debate with manager i am coming to know that the parcel is already reached to thr godown.....worst experience
Pathetic service & pathetic employees/labor. They will charge for loading & unloading of material for godown delivery & not load the material in our vehicle. Irresponsible company policy of not informing the recipient of delivery of material at their godown but are prompt enough to send notice costing Rs.100( to the owner of the goods) but cannot make a free call. Highly non recommended.
They are behaving like a government employees worst services taking too much time to collect parcel from the office
