Even 1 rating also not fit for them. Worst experience they won’t respond properly all are money minded. Give money and take service kind. They charged more than the exact bill amount and don’t even provide parcel in hand we need to take ourselves.

I thought VRL logistics was good. But I have never get these type of worst experience even they didn't respond to calls. July 12 item was booked from Delhi still aug 4th I didn't received bills they are saying still it was showing in Delhi location they need to send to me but they are are not sent to this location I don't know why? now I have to claim bill, but still not received my bills. That people atleast not respond whenever you call that number was switched off. It's bad experience to me

They will give your goods broken in to pieces and if u asks about the damage they simply says we book on owners Risk
