Bten had done Excellent work and amazing customer service We had water dripping onto the floor coming from our AC indoor unit Mr Ramesh drom Bten shows us that Performance was the only moto of their company I could find that could come out same day. They fixed the problem quickly for a very fair price. I'll definitely use them again

Ashok is the best person to take service. I have was looking for AC installation after shifting from Pune to Mumbai. I was looking for someone who can install AC in affordable price and I got what I was exactly looking. He has done my AC servicing very nicely also before installation which was beyond expectations. He opened and cleared every single thing perfectly.

On site servicing of window AC was not successful, may be due to limitations but workshop servicing & subsequently putting in service is really very good. Attended on-time. Dear Ramesh Kurupji, I have already submitted my feedback as above. However, I really appreciate n loud your commitment & dedication to your business. Mr. Ramesh Kurup of Bent Air Cool please fulfill your warranty commitment at Mahim. You have already been avoiding it for the last 20 days. Nice videos and self promoting posts are fine, meeting technical and commercial obligations is also mandatory unless you want people to fry in this heat and control them. don't let it turn ugly.

They r totally fraud the main boss who's name is ramesh and he's workers especially Ashok he is a cheat person 1 month b4 I bought only indoor for my shop they charged 11000 and I don't know the price is correct or not but there service is 3rd class totally 3rd class they've installed indoor in my shop the ac name napoleon and they charged 11000 for this China company product but from the beginning only the indoor is leakage and I use to put one bucket down of it for water filling and first thing they r not receiving the call at all. Don't call them for ac repairing worst experience. Shameless fellows.
