They gave a quotation on the understanding that service lifts were not available at both old and new places, but on the day of moving they demanded extra money for moving since lift was not available. Ultimately, we arranged with new place to use pasenger lift and solved the problem. They raised this problem in spite of advance intimation about lifts not being available. Very unprofessional. They engaged just 4 people which resulted in te work getting completed at around 10.30 pm. They also started the work late at around12 noon. One wheel of a side stand was broken. The arms of sofa were scratched and damaged. On the positive side: They did the work quietly. No stuff was pilfered. Everything was intact. Once the lift problem was solved, they were polite. We found most reviews were one word reviews like very good, super, etc. which give a suspicion that they were not genuine. Better to handle shifting by yourself or go for big names and pay more. Or go for ISO certified outfits. Earlier we booked Nobroker and cancelled, since the partner did not respond well and we heard some negative reports about partners not turning up on time.

Had a bad experience in shifting my house with these people. They sent college kids for shifting who have no experience at all. Shifting took more than half a day. Driver was always showing face and was blabbering all times. They didn't do bubble wrap for my sofa due to which it got teared and inexperienced people didn't know how to shirt Bero as it got damaged to large extent. I couldnt say anything to the kids as they are not bound to do this work. Person responsible is the owner who arranged them. Still I paid more than the price asked by them.
