Arjuna Packers and Movers

Mr. Muthu had promised to visit my home today in the morning 10am but not came. Later, when we (myself & my father) called him multiple 15 times, he answered and said he was at a temple. He again assured us that he would visit our home by 6:00 PM to confirm the package system. However, he did not turn up as promised and later switched off his mobile phone. This reflects very poor, unprofessional, and irresponsible behavior, which is unacceptable. Such conduct seriously affects trust and gives a bad impression of the company.

2 years back they did the shifting of our house very perfectly. With the same expectation we called them this time as well. However, we are totally disappointed! They didn't wrap the electronics despite our request. They forcefully stuffed maximum items in the vehicle causing multiple items to break. Will never recommend them again to anyone.

Since they did well last time 8 months before I have called them again and trusted but the scenario is different, totally disappointed.

Excellent performance by the guys. Professional, humble. Finished their work within the calculated time span. Cost wise, you won't find anyone in Chennai for the rate they charge. Highly competitive rate. I am going to recommend to all my contacts for any future use. Just go for them. Worth it. Thanks for the whole team for making my shifting easy. I recently availed service of Arjuna Packers and Movers for shifting my house amidst rain. The team came as promised between the intermittent rain and swiftly helped to move the items and settle at the new location. They were well organised and without any chaos everything went as planned. Mr.Muthu came over to analyse the amount of work involved in packing and loading. He sent appropriate number of people at a time I requested which is 3.00 am the following morning. Good packing. They offered me a quote which was affordable and 5500 rs lesser than the Rest of the packers and movers. Staff sanitize their hands and wear masks when packing and unpacking. Never demanded extra money when done with service. Gpay accepted. Both my two wheelers were handed over to me without a scratch. I am happy to have used arjuna P&M services and will continue using their services on a needed basis. Highly recommended for home relocation.
