I recently shifted from Chennai to Bangalore. Few household items and a scooter. The overall service was professional and prompt. The entire process was extremely transparent and the managers did a very good job helping me navigate through the entire process smoothly. The on-ground team was very patient and professional in packing, loading and unloading. They took care of every item with utmost care and rendered the service with dedication. The price was also very affordable. I would definitely recommend No Broker to everyone.

Very unprofessional packing, blackmailing for shifting your goods and redelivery to new location in the name of higher number of boxes, No entry of Vehicle. I ended up paying Rs.3,000 extra. No support from customer care executives. No dedicated customer care executive number for support. Very difficult to connect customer care executives. It took me half an hour to connect to customer care executives via toll free number.No bubble wrapping for fragile items ever after asking for it multiple times. No boxes, No packing material, no layering, haphazard packing to inflation no. Of boxes. Very small pick up truck ever after mentioning 30 plus boxes along with other household goods like Big Cooler, 4 big Mattress, Big Music System, 10 big Flower Pots, 6 big travel bags, 2 small travel bags. Blackmailing for release of goods etc. Demand for lunch and extra money. The packer was ready to leave without taking my complete house hold goods and No broker executive said me to book new Shifting service request for left over goods. It was a big mistake and disappeared for me that I had hire them for shifting. Will never recommend to anyone.
