To & To Packers And Movers

They need to improve more in their services as it is not organized.. They dont install TV and wont pack certain things which is very difficult for the customers when compared to other packers and movers... When coming to communication with the labours, its better to send atleast one Tamil/English known person for communicating with other language labours which is difficult to understand... Reply: Here, i didnt mention anything about milk, sambar, rasam and all.. Thats fine for us even if u didnt take and thats not the issue but certain items are left with us... For TV on the table, they dismantled all the screws from the TV and packed but during unpacking, we asked to assemble the TV screw but they didnt even attach the screws with the TV which is totally unfair... Am saying about overall experience.. We already booked other packers and movers with excellent services but due to their unavailability on our date, we booked u... If the customer gives negative feedback, try to improve ur services and dont argue with the customer... Think from customer point of view, then only u will understand what we r saying....

Last month we have shifted home things by using this To & To packers. I really want to thank them, those who are worked on the day. I have searched packers in google like everyone, but I got estimation more than our expectation. Only person Vignesh who correctly given the exact and average price for shifting. I spoke with him approximately 3-5 mins on that call itself given shifting time (I was requested for early morning) and he confirmed the same. Big and great work (4 people who came for shifting things) A special thanks to that brother who carefully handled all kitchen things, because not even a single thing has broken or split. My mother also likes the way things was packed. ☺ I usually won't review any of services offering like this... but I should like to appreciate them Those who are looking for a budget or average price shifting, I would suggest them.
