Not even one star worth of service, unprofessionalism at its peak. They didn't give any quotation or any package, They came morning 10 and they made it till evening to pack everything, we have seen more professional packers and movers, No one has took a whole day to pack and move. Damaged my refrigerator, To uninstall ac they cut off every wires..... Worstest ever..... Please don't book them!!!

VVM Packers and Movers :- is the worst service, owner is not speaking honestly. Before registration / booking one amount he is asking after packing the material he is raising the money if you not pay what his asking the payment, at the time will stop the loading or unloading the material. He is using the loading or unloading small guys are only, they have taken whole day not loading properly. MY FAMILY GOT STRESS THAT DAY.....He didn't use his own vehicle also through porter only he did, that is also unprofessionally packing / delivery. MY THINGS ARE DAMAGED. Please don't trust him and don't spend your money with them. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR THINGS.

From the outset, it was clear that this company operates with a woefully inadequate approach to packing and moving, leaving me to regret my decision at every turn. The team that arrived at my residence was comprised of young, amateur college students who seemed more like enthusiastic novices than seasoned professionals. Their inexperience was palpable as they wasted an entire day fumbling through the packing process, testing my patience to its limits. It became glaringly evident that these individuals were not trained packers and movers but rather hastily assembled students looking to make a quick buck. Mr. Chandran's behavior was the final nail in the coffin. His unprofessional demeanor and thuggish attitude were shocking, accompanied by an unbecoming use of language that left a sour taste. It's astonishing that someone in his position could so blatantly disregard basic decency and respect for clients. What further exacerbated the situation was the blatant outsourcing of packing services to unskilled laborers and the use of porters for transportation. The vehicles used were not the larger van I was promised but rather two small, utterly inadequate vehicles that seemed more suited for local errands than a major relocation. The so-called "packers" had no experience with major appliances like TVs, washing machines, stoves, or soundbars, resulting in haphazard packaging that left me worried sick about potential damage. The price quoted was another point of contention. Mr. Chandran demanded the highest price in the range he had quoted, which seemed like a blatant attempt at profiteering. To add insult to injury, I was asked to pay extra for removing electrical items like geysers, RO systems, and dishwashers, services that were supposedly included in the initial agreement. The lack of proper equipment, including basic tools like bolt and nut removers for the TV clamp, was a stark reminder of the company's unpreparedness. Furthermore, the handling of my wooden furniture was nothing short of disastrous. The king-size cot and dining table, both beautifully crafted pieces, suffered significant damage during the move. Approximately 10% of the surface area of these items was damaged, with the wood layer pierced in multiple places. This could have been easily avoided had the team used proper bubble wrapping and care. Instead, the negligence and lack of expertise resulted in avoidable damage to valuable items. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against engaging VVM Packers and Movers for any relocation needs. While they may offer a lower quote, the unprofessional service, lack of expertise, and outright dishonesty make them a liability. Very worst worst experience I had with this packers and movers very un professional no proper coordination. Poor packing, demands more amount after packing, they arrange vehicle only after we accept for the extra amount what they demand or else threatnes to leave the package and go. Faced so many difficulties because of them till they unloaded the things, owner and packers who come are from same family so they plan to loot money in the form of saying many things are there so it costs extra for vehicle.
